Work

Parts we drew, and had machined.

Every one of these started as a customer's problem, and went from technical drawing to finished part.

Product-contact parts

What shapes the finished product.

Our facilities

The shop where your parts are machined.

Design, drawing and inspection happen here in Montreal. Machining happens at our overseas facilities, which is what keeps us productive and our prices competitive. We stay in control of build quality, because we have everything we need to make the parts in-house.

CNC machining centers

Prismatic parts milled one-off or in runs.

CNC lathes

Turned parts: shafts, bushings, flanges, bodies.

Wire EDM

Shapes a cutter can’t reach, hardened steel included.

Surface grinding

Flatness and bearing faces re-taken after heat treatment.

Assembly

Sub-assemblies built and checked before shipping.

Parts are checked on receipt, before they reach you. We take the critical dimensions off the print one by one.
